The number seven represents completeness, perfection, and the pursuit of life’s deeper secrets. Its meaning is tied directly to creation and has unique spiritual properties. These spiritual and metaphysical elements are what SEVN strives to deliver in his performances and through his compositions.

Just like life, his intricate DJ sets are in constant evolution, taking the listener on a journey through various palettes of sound, cultures, and grooves.

2020 and 2021 were breakout years for SEVN, with over 30 releases on some of the genre’s biggest labels.

Over the last few years, he has played consistently in some of the best clubs in Montreal. SEVN is one of the original founders of Hidden Garden and the curator of Hidden Garden Radio.

De Palma is the co-owner and manager of Hidden Garden Productions.

He is a promoter, emerging producer, and artist manager best known as co-creator of the Natural Frequencies Music & Art Festival, as well as the is the brain behind the organization and coordination of many events around the city. Well-known for his networking skills, which connects many influential people, thus contributing to the culture of the electronic scene in Montreal.

During the past few years, he has been gaining momentum in Montreal’s underground nightlife. He has curated a massive collection of organically-oriented music from all around the world, bringing the perfect combination of mature sounds, musical intelligence, texture, and nuance to his sets. Depalma is known for his experimental style and love of live percussion.

Soul Of Zoo incorporates the harmonious aspects of nature’s symphony and electronic music, crafting with his music a living organism with the capacity to transport us to another world.

After major releases on labels such as Pipe & Pochet, Sounds of Khemit, Art Vibes, or Inward Records, to name a few, he was approached by Guy Laliberté to play and produce a special remix and a ritual for PY1 Nights. In 2020 he participated in The Frog Collective organized by Guy Laliberté, where he collaborated with international artists and musicians such as Hans Zimmer’s orchestra, Tina Guy, Dominique Fils Aimé, etc.

From there he became a resident artist for WAF Records, Guy Laliberté‘s music label. This allowed him in 2022 to play in the biggest clubs in the Montreal scene, start touring around the world, and get remixed by international producers such as Bedouin, Louie Vega, or Just Emma.
